About

Bea’s in Melbourne. In a bar. There’s a stranger. Hot stranger. Younger than her. Bea gulps, fuck it, approaches. Buy. Me. A. Drink. And he does. His name is Dacian. Within a day, Bea’s taking a job at the restaurant he works at. That night, she moves into his flat. By Friday, he’s breaking into a house with her, an ex of hers, a famous artist. He stole from her, a painting she did, eons ago. By Sunday, at the end of this hot, reckless, sex-filled week, Bea proposes to Dacian. He says yes. Marry me in France, he says. His home country, he’s now ready to return. At the end of this week, Bea is going to get on a plane with him and they’ll go to France. Maybe they’ll go tomorrow. Happily ever whirlwind-romance after.

A play about desire and big mistakes.
